Botto’s is a family operated restaurant owned by chef Enrico Botto, his mother Catherine, and brothers Robert, Domenic and Vincent.
The makeover took place in October 2019.
In an interview with the Courier Post, the owners of Botto’s admitted the restaurant is doing well financially, and only agreed to take part in the reality series because they “wanted their dining room brought up to date.”
