KFC is expanding its plant-based Beyond Fried Chicken test to include select KFC restaurants in Charlotte, Nashville and surrounding areas starting Monday, February 3 through February 23, 2020, or while supplies last.

Following the successful one-market test of Beyond Fried Chicken in Atlanta last summer, KFC and Beyond Meat have continued to improve the product based on fan feedback. Upon fine-tuning the recipe, KFC and Beyond Meat will unveil a new recipe that delivers the texture of whole muscle chicken that looks and tastes just like KFC’s iconic fried chicken.
Beyond Fried Chicken is available in a six or 12-piece combo meal, which includes a side of new Secret Recipe Fries. It’s also available a la carte in four, six and 12-piece sizes. Fans also have the option to order Beyond Fried Chicken tossed in one of KFC’s sauce options, including Nashville Hot, Buffalo or Honey BBQ, or un-sauced with a choice of dipping sauces.
