Erbert & Gerbert’s puts together a pair of new sandwiches as the chain’s latest limited time menu items: the plant-based Roasted Red Pepper Banh Mi Sandwich and BBQ Brisket Asian Fusion Sandwich.

The Roasted Red Pepper Banh Mi Sandwich features sweet roasted red peppers topped with cucumbers, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and barbecue sauce with cilantro-mint aioli made from Hellmann’s mayo on your choice of bread.
The BBQ Brisket Asian Fusion Sandwich consists of all natural hickory smoked beef brisket smothered in barbecue sauce, cucumbers, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes and lettuce with cilantro-mint aioli made from Hellmann’s mayo on your choice of bread.
You can find the new sandwiches at participating locations for a limited time starting February 3, 2020.
