The gluten-free ciabatta-style sub roll is sourced from Schar, an American gluten-free bread producer.
According to Firehouse Subs, any medium sub can be made with a gluten-free roll for an additional $1.50 – $2 – prices may vary by location.
Just take note that Firehouse Subs cannot guarantee an entirely gluten-free experience due to the fact that other menu items available in the chain’s restaurants contain gluten.
