The Big Fried Cheese, aka BFC, will officially make its debut at both Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s as part of the Big Fried Cheese Angus Thickburger, while the Big Fried Cheese Frisco Breakfast Sandwich will debut exclusively at Hardee’s.

As the name suggests, the Big Fried Cheese topping is basically a deep-fried cheese patty consisting of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese coated in a seasoned breading and deep-fried until crispy and golden brown.

The BFC Angus Thickburger features a signature one-third pound Angus beef burger patty, charbroiled over an open flame, topped with the Big Fried Cheese, lettuce, tomato and Boom Boom sauce, all sandwiched between a toasted, buttery premium bun.
