Domino’s is offering carryout customers the option to bypass the line and go straight to the counter where their order awaits them via the brand’s new Pie Pass technology.

In order to take advantage of the Pie Pass service, simply place your carryout order and pay for it online or via the Domino’s app. When you arrive at your local Domino’s (parking lot), you can check in on the Domino’s Tracker or order confirmation page, which will give store employees a head start on making sure your order is ready to go, at which point the in-store digital menu board will welcome you by name, while employees get your order for a speedy handoff.
Pie Pass appears to be Domino’s response to Little Caesars’ Pizza Portal pickup station, where you pre-pay for any menu item via the brand’s app and pick up your order via the in-store self-service Pizza Portal.
Domino’s new red carpet Pie Pass technology is available at participating locations nationwide.
