Subway is testing new Cauliflower Fritter Signature Wraps and Cauliflower Dippers at select locations for a limited time.

The new Cauliflower Fritters feature a crispy coating and are made with premium white cauliflower, seasoned with onions and garlic. Fans have the option to add new creamy curry sauce, which offers a flavorful kick and is made with red pepper, basil, coconut milk, curry powder, red chili, garlic, and ginger.
Cauliflower Fritters can be enjoyed three ways:
- The Cauliflower Curry Signature Wrap features Cauliflower Fritters, lettuce, red onions, green peppers, banana peppers and new creamy curry sauce in a spinach wrap.
- The Cauliflower Ranch Signature Wrap features a tomato basil wrap with crispy Cauliflower Fritters, spinach, fresh cut tomatoes, red onions, and jalapenos along with creamy ranch sauce.
- Cauliflower Dippers are also available a la carte as snack or side in pairs of two served with a side of creamy curry sauce, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
Cauliflower Fritter Signature Wraps and Cauliflower Dippers are now available for a limited time only at participating test locations in Seattle and will be available in Baltimore starting on February 27, 2020.
