With New Orleans being one of the most affected cities in the US during the COVID-19 emergency, Popeyes is supporting its hometown by launching a new “NOLA STRONG” meal and apparel with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Second Harvest Food Bank to help feed over 1,000,000 meals to families in need.

Available through the Popeyes app nationwide, the new “NOLA STRONG” meal comes with 12 pieces of Popeyes fried chicken, two classic sides, 6 biscuits, a Popeyes brand “NOLA STRONG” t-shirt and hat as part of the purchase.
The new box is available for a limited time while supplies last at a starting price of $28. Additionally, fans can purchase the “NOLA STRONG” swag items, such as t-shirts and hats at www.nola-strong.com.
To launch the “NOLA STRONG” program, Popeyes is releasing a film narrated by New Orleans native and actor Wendell Pierce, highlighting the resilient spirit and solidarity that makes the “Big Easy” so unique.
Additonally, Popeyes will also make a donation to Feed the Front Line NOLA to support their mission to feed the New Orleans community, while local New Orleans Popeyes restaurants will make weekly Sunday meal donations to the organization.
