On tonight’s episode of Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his makeover team are in Chandler, Arizona to save the Ginger Monkey from sinking.

According to the episode synopsis, chef and owner Jackson Armstrong has a ton of experience but can’t keep up with the demands of his high-volume restaurant. With three years of losses on the books, he’s failing big-time. There’s something wrong with this picture, and Robert is ready to solve the mystery.
The Ginger Monkey Gastropub touts itself as Chandler’s premier restaurant focused on scratch-made food and craft drinks in an inviting atmosphere.
The makeover happened back in early March 2020.
