American Wagyu Beef served at Capriotti’s is supplied by Snake River Farms, a premier producer of American Wagyu steaks and roasts.

Known for its highly-marbled, rich and tender flavor, American Wagyu is available at all 100 Capriotti’s locations across the country in the following new menu items:

American Wagyu Roast Beef Sub: Ultra-premium American Wagyu beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo.

American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo Sub: Ultra-premium American Wagyu beef, slaw, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, and mayo.

American Wagyu Cheese Steak Sub: Ultra-premium Wagyu American beef, prepared with mushrooms, fried onions, hot or sweet peppers, and white American cheese.

Wagyu and Bleu Salad: American Wagyu roast beef, mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, sweet peppers, crispy cheddar onions, diced tomatoes, and gorgonzola vinaigrette.

Additionally, on Saturday, June 13, 2020, Capriotti’s will be offering fans with a CAPAddicts app an chance to score a new small American Wagyu Sub for $5.
