Prepared fresh in-restaurant every day, the brand’s newest plant-based option is made with real, grilled cauliflower, seasoned with fresh-chopped cilantro, lime juice and salt.
According to Chipotle, the new menu option is grain-free, compliant with Keto, Whole30, Paleo, Vegan and Vegetarian diets and has four net carbs per serving.
Fans have the option of substituting Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice for traditional white or brown rice in classic Chipotle entrees to help cut carbs without sacrificing the flavor and texture profiles they know and expect.
Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice costs an additional $2 and will be available in-restaurant and through digital orders at participating test locations for a limited time as part of the brand’s stage-gate pilot process.
