Ruby Tuesday offers their own unique take on Mexican cuisine with the introduction of a new FreshMex lineup consisting of new Burritos & Bowls at participating locations.

Ruby Tuesday’s new FreshMex lineup includes:
Grilled Chicken Burrito Bowl: Blackened chicken, diced over cilantro lime rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and fresh avocado, served with tortilla chips on the side.
Southwest Fried Chicken Bowl: Diced chicken tenders, served over cilantro lime rice, corn, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, and fresh avocado, topped with sour cream and tortilla strips.
Knife & Fork Chicken Burrito: Grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and pico de gallo wrapped in a tortilla then topped with melted queso and diced tomatoes. Served with sour cream, jalapeños, lettuce, and tortilla chips.
Knife & Fork Carnitas Burrito: Slow-cooked shredded pork wrapped in a tortilla with fresh pico de gallo and shredded cheese then topped with melted queso and diced tomatoes. Served with sour cream, jalapeños, lettuce, and tortilla chips.
