Burger King announced today that the brand’s signature Whopper sandwich now features no colors, no flavors and no preservatives from artificial sources in all markets nationwide.

The milestone represents the brand’s initiative to promote real food and high-quality ingredients for its fans.
In the US, 85 percent of the chain’s current permanent food menu is now free of colors, flavors, and preservatives from artificial sources. The brand hopes to achieve 100 percent by the beginning of 2021.
To celebrate the achievement, Burger King is highlighting the real food in the Whopper by placing the Whopper Recipe front and center, for a limited time only, on every single sandwich wrapping for all to see.
