Culver’s offers their own unique take on a meatless meal option while staying true to its Midwest roots with the introduction of the new Harvest Veggie Burger.
In development since 2016, the Harvest Veggie Burger features a vegetarian patty made with a signature blend of dairy, grains and vegetables, including Wisconsin cheeses, roasted corn, portabella mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, spinach and chickpeas. That’s right, the cheese is incorporated directly in the patty.
While the burger can be customized with your favorite toppings, Culver’s recommends a build that includes lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and Culver’s signature mayo on a lightly buttered and toasted Kaiser bun.
Culver’s tested the Harvest Veggie Burger for over two years in multiple markets before launching the new sandwich systemwide.
The Harvest Veggie Burger can be found now at Culver’s restaurants as part of the brand’s core menu.
