After several months of taste tests, Shake Shack introduces the new Veggie Shack for a “very limited time” at select locations in California, New York, Texas, New Jersey, Kentucky, and Ohio.

The new Veggie Shack features a wheat bun sandwiching the brand’s new veggie patty, sliced avocado, roasted tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and tangy lemon mayo.
Shake Shack’s new veggie patty is made with a blend of real greens, grains, and herbs.
Additionally, and as an added bonus, for the first time ever, fans can add avocado to all Shake Shack classics at locations serving the Veggie Shack, while supplies last.
