McDonald’s is officially welcoming back the McRib at participating locations nationwide for a very limited time.

The cult-favorite features a seasoned boneless pork patty slathered in smoky, tangy barbecue sauce, topped with slivered onions and tart pickles, all sandwiched between hoagie style bun.
This week’s re-launch marks the first time the McRib has been available on a nationwide basis since 2012.
Originally introduced in 1982, the McRib evolved to become one of the most anticipated, limited-time menu items offered around the world.
