After a successful test-run at select locations in Indianapolis earlier this summer, Qdboa announced today that it will be launching Mexican Cauliflower Mash nationwide on December 22, 2020.

Mexican Cauliflower Mash is a low-carb alternative to rice, made in-house daily with oven-roasted cauliflower that’s blended with sour cream, fresh cilantro and pico de gallo. The new keto-friendly option has 6 grams of carbs per 4.5-oz serving.
Fans can incorporate Mexican Cauliflower Mash into any burrito or bowl, or enjoy it as part of the brand’s new Cauli-Mash Low-Carb Chicken Bowl.
