Shake Shack is showcasing South Korea flavors, ingredients and techniques with the launch of a new limited-edition Korean-Inspired Menu.

The new menu includes Korean-style Fried Chick’n, Korean-style Gochujang Chick’n Bites, and Korean-style Gochujang Fries.

  • Korean-style Fried Chick’n: A crispy chicken breast glazed with a spicy-sweet Gochujang (fermented chili paste) sauce on top of a white kimchi slaw, made with Choi’s Kimchi, and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
  • Korean-style Gochujang Chick’n Bites: Crispy, whole white meat chicken bites served with spicy-sweet Gochujang mayo sauce.
  • Korean-style Gochujang Fries: Crispy crinkle cut fries served with spicy-sweet Gochujang mayo sauce.

New Black Sugar Vanilla Shake

In addition to the new Korean-Inspired Menu, Shake Shack is also spinning the new Black Sugar Vanilla Shake:

The Black Sugar Vanilla Shake features toasty-caramel black sugar hand-spun with vanilla frozen custard, topped with whipped cream and black sugar syrup

Korean-style Fried Chick’n starts at a suggested price of $7.19, while Korean-style Gochujang Chick’n Bites are priced at $5.19 for 6-pieces and $7.19 for 10-pieces. Korean-style Gochujang Fries carry a suggested price of $3.49, while the new Black Sugar Vanilla Shake is priced at $5.69 (prices may vary).

Shake Shack’s new Korean-Inspired Menu can be found at all US Shack locations through April 5, 2021.
