Taco Cabana is ringing in 2021 with the debut of new Pork Adobada alongside new cheesy Gordita Bites.

Pork Adobada is made by marinating pork in a blend of dried guajillo peppers and adobo spices. The new protein can be enjoyed in a Cabana Bowl or in a taco.
The Pork Adobada Taco features pork adobada and pico de gallo in a soft flour tortilla.
The Pork Adobada Cabana Bowl consists of a crispy tostada shell filled with with rice, refried beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and sour cream, all topped with Pork Adobada.
Meanwhile, new cheesy Gordita Bites are filled with mozzarella cheese and topped with Cilantro Lime Ranch and cotija cheese.
Pork Adobada and cheesy Gordita Bites can be found at participating Taco Cabana locations for a limited time.
