Adding a new category to its menu, Cauliflower Gnocchi features half the carbs of traditional pasta, is gluten-sensitive, and contains a full serving of veggies while providing the full taste and texture of traditional gnocchi.
Cauliflower Gnocchi debuts in two new dishes: Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa and Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream.
- Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa: Cauliflower gnocchi sautéed with roasted zucchini and mushrooms over a spicy tomato cream sauce then topped with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream: Cauliflower gnocchi with roasted zucchini and spinach over a light roasted garlic and onion cream sauce, all topped with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Both new dishes can be found at participating Noodles & Company locations nationwide.
