P.F. Chang’s is celebrating the Lunar New Year by marking the Year of the Ox with the debut of the new Fire & Ice dessert alongside the returning fan-favorite Red Lantern cocktail.

The Fire & Ice dessert features warm bread pudding with the chill of vanilla ice cream, encased in a rich chocolate shell and served flaming.
The returning Red Lantern cocktail is made with a mix of Reyka Vodka, Solerno Liqueur, blood orange, pineapple and lemon are decorated with an ornate red lantern stir stick in an illuminated glass.
Both Lunar New Year seasonal menu items can be found at participating locations through March 20, 2021.
