Somewhat “new” Chicken Nuggets have been spotted at select Popeyes locations.

Last available on national menus back in 2012, the latest version of the chain’s “new” Chicken Nuggets feature juicy chicken breast pieces made with white meat and hand-battered and breaded in a buttermilk coating. The breading is apparently the same used to coat the brand’s game-changer Chicken Sandwich.
The Nuggets are being offered a la carte in 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48-piece options with prices ranging from $3.69 to $19.99, although prices may vary by location.
While Chicken Nuggets haven’t been available since 2012, Popeyes did release new Popcorn Chicken as part of a $4 ¼ Pound Popcorn Chicken meal deal as recently as 2017.
Chicken Nuggets have been spotted at select Popeyes locations in Arkansas, Ohio, Connecticut, and Texas.
