According to the episode synopsis, Robert arrives at Boutte’s Bayou Restaurant to find an owner too proud to ask for help as he tries to keep the iconic coastal watering hole afloat. Robert must help owner Nick Dinet become a real leader and learn to trust his staff before it’s too late.
