Pei Wei rings in spring 2021 with the arrival of new seasonal House Special Chicken and new Mongolian Green Beans.

Inspired by chef Jet Tila, House Special Chicken features lightly battered chicken with pineapple, ginger, garlic and mint, tossed in a tangy caramel sauce and served over a bed of rice sticks and topped with an Asian slaw of cucumbers, red bell peppers, carrots, cilantro, and onions in a Vietnamese vinaigrette.
Also inspired by chef Jet Tila, new Mongolian Green Beans feature wok-seared green beans tossed with garlic, chili paste and new sweet and savory Mongolian sauce.
House Special Chicken is available in small and regular sizes for $7.49 and $9.49 each, respectively, while sharable Mongolian Green Beans are priced at $5.99, though prices may vary.
