The vegan fast-food restaurant is owned by Kevin Chan and Yhessa Gonzales.
According to the episode synopsis, Robert arrives in Vegas to find a pair of owners (a model and a former poker player) so stuck in their dysfunctional ways that the restaurant is on the verge of folding after only two years. Robert must get them to change their stubborn ways or all bets are off on the restaurant’s survival.
The makeover happened back in December 2020.
