Dickey’s Barbecue Pit looks to catch a ride on the trendy ghost kitchen wave with the launch of Wing Boss, a delivery-only virtual concept featuring chicken tenders and pit-smoked wings.

Wing Boss initially launched at the original Dickey’s location in Dallas, Texas, and has since expanded to over 40 restaurants with continued growth month-over-month. Dickey’s plans to launch 20 more Wing Boss locations throughout April 2021 with more locations in the works.
Available in Group Packs, Combos or By The Piece, wing fans can enjoy bone-in or boneless wings that are pit-smoked over hickory wood, and tossed in a variety of dry rubs and sauces, including Atomic, Sweet Chili, Barbecue Dry Spice, Buffalo Mild, Buffalo Hot, Original Barbecue, Sweet Barbecue, Cajun Spice, Lemon Pepper, Spicy Korean, Texas Hot Sauce and Garlic Parmesan.
Tender fans can enjoy breaded chicken strips served with a choice of sauce, along with a variety of sides, including Seasoned Hand-Cut Fries, Cajun Fries, Cheese Fries, Buffalo Ranch Fries, Coleslaw, Mac And Cheese, Veggie Sticks and Buttery Texas Toast.
The Wing Boss dessert menu includes a Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Blondie Brownie or slice of Pecan Pie.
As a virtual concept, the Wing Boss kitchen is located in select Dickey’s Barbecue Pit restaurants with delivery through UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash.
