Shrimp Yucatan is on the menu at Taco Cabana in the form of a new quesadilla and taco.

The Shrimp Yucatan Quesadilla features shrimp marinated in achiote sauce then grilled with pico de gallo, melted jack and cheddar cheeses and served with a side of sour cream, shredded lettuce and pineapple salsa.
The Shrimp Yucatan Taco consists of a flour tortilla filled with marinated shrimp covered with a blend of TC hot sauce and pineapple chunks, topped with shredded lettuce and pickled red onions.
