On tonight’s episode of Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his crew are in Buffalo, NY to help save Park Vue Soul Food Bar and Restaurant.

Park Vue is a family owned soul food restaurant operated by mother and daughter team Schenita Williams and Harrita West. Both mother and daughter are professionals outside the restaurant. Schenita is a teacher, and daughter Harrita is a banker.
According to the episode synopsis, Schenita and Harrita are desperately trying to serve their community, but they have no experience running a restaurant. Robert helps give them the skills they need to save their dream of helping the neighborhood and their business.
The makeover happened back in early November 2020.
