On tonight’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and his crew are in Las Vegas to rescue Paradise Cantina.

According to the episode synopsis, Jon – who is in his hometown of Las Vegas – rescues a beloved party bar whose owner blames its downfall on the pandemic, until Jon discovers the truth.
Veteran restaurant owner Ron Pellegrino bought Paradise Cantina back in 2018 and immediately found success, taking in over $1.2 million in his first year of operation. Ron was planning to open two additional locations in the Las Vegas area, until the Covid-19 pandemic hit Las Vegas in 2020, when Ron’s hope for his best year ever evaporated.
Now, Ron finds himself in over $750,000 in debt and living in hotels.
The rescue happened back in March 2021.
