TGI Fridays is celebrating Mother’s Day all week long this year by offering half-priced bottles of wine, a Sparkling Strawberry Henny Cocktail, and the new Carlo’s Cookies & Cream Tsunami Cake created by Cake Boss Buddy Valastro from May 3 through May 9, 2021.

Available exclusively at TGI Fridays, the Carlo’s Cookies & Cream Tsunami Cake features a rich chocolate cake, layered with Oreo Cookie vanilla mousse, and a cascade of rich Oreo cream icing that creates a tsunami of icing over the cake. The cake serves six to eight people.
“This cake screams celebration for all the moms out there. I am excited to partner with TGI Fridays to celebrate moms, and help them break up the everyday routine and enjoy a night out with friends and family,” Buddy Valastro, Cake Boss of Carlo’s Bakery said in a prepared statement.
In addition to the new cake, fans can also say cheers to moms with half-priced bottles of wine and a lineup of cocktails, including the new Sparkling Strawberry Henny Cocktail, featuring Hennessey V.S. Cognac, Grand Marnier, Wycliff Brut Sparkling Wine, and fresh strawberries, and the MOMosa, a LaMarca Prosecco finished with fresh orange juice.
