Capo’s is a Las Vegas gangster genre restaurant and speakeasy, opened by Chicago native Nico Santucci back in 2002. Nico’s brother Dominick runs the establishment, which for over 15 years was hauling in over $5 million a year. But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Capo’s was forced to close its doors for six months and almost immediately lost a million dollars in the process. Capo’s was eventually allowed to reopen under strict health guidelines and at a reduced capacity, but management and the staff struggled to navigate the new challenges facing the bar. Enter Jon Taffer and the Bar Rescue team.
The rescue happened back in March 2021.
