Starting May 17, 2021 sister brands Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s are launching a new line of hand-breaded chicken sandwiches.

The new chicken sandwiches feature a 100 percent premium white meat breast filet that is marinated in 13 signature seasonings and dipped in buttermilk before going through a six-step hand-breading process in Southern-style flour and then cooked until golden brown.
The lineup includes a classic Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich, Hand-Breaded Chicken & Waffle Breakfast Sandwich, and the Hardee’s Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit, which will be available exclusively at Hardee’s.
The Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich features all-white meat chicken hand-breaded and fried to crispy golden-brown, on a toasted potato bun with crisp deli pickles and mayonnaise – for a suggested price of $5.99.
The Hand-Breaded Chicken & Waffle Breakfast Sandwich features a pair of Belgian waffle buns sandwiching a hand-breaded, all-white meat chicken breast filet all topped with Maple Butter Glaze – for a suggested price of $4.49.
The Hardee’s Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit (Hardee’s Only) includes tender, juicy, all white meat chicken hand-breaded and fried to crispy golden-brown, served on a Hardee’s famous Made From Scratch buttermilk biscuit – for a suggested price of $3.99.
