Owned and operated by Alexandra Emtsova, Burnt Offerings features the unique flavors and culture of a Yiddish cuisine driven menu that’s 100 percent kosher.
According to the episode synopsis, when Robert arrives at Burnt Offerings he faces the most difficult challenge of his career when he must save a Russian immigrant’s dream of success in America.
Burnt Offerings is reportedly a half million dollars in debt and its strict kosher protocols may be too restrictive to make the restaurant profitable. Robert is tasked with finding new unique ways to raise revenue and cut costs to help keep Alexandra’s dream alive.
The makeover happened back in early December 2020.
