On tonight’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Las Vegas to save Nevada Brew Works.

Nevada Brew Works is a family-run brewery and eatery owned and operated by Jason Taylor and his wife Lauren. Lauren’s father Ken is the brewery’s brewmaster and also invested $50, 000 in the brewery.
Jason started construction on Nevada Brew Works back in January 2020, but because of the pandemic, Jason was forced to delay the brewery’s opening until September 2020.
With the brewery failing – mostly due to Jason’s lack of experience in the hospitality industry – Jason finds himself in debt to the tune of $750,000, and at risk of losing his home – which was put up as collateral to secure a bank loan for the business.
The makeover happened in late March, early April 2021.
