Noodles & Company is harnessing the unique flavors of summer for the release of three new globally-inspired salads in select test markets for a limited time.
Featuring fresh, unique flavor combinations, the new salads represent the brand’s ongoing commitment to the development better-for-you menu options without sacrificing on flavor.
The following new salad options can be found at participating test locations in Colorado, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and California:
- Asian Apple Citrus Salad: Spring and kale mix tossed in a ginger citrus dressing with grilled chicken, diced apple, cucumber, and slaw made from broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage. The salad is finished with toppings of fresh avocado, crispy chow mein noodles, and black sesame seeds.
- Mexican Street Corn Salad: Spring and kale mix tossed in cotija cheese dressing with grilled chicken, roasted corn, Roma tomato and topped with avocado, feta, chipotle cheddar tortilla strips, and cilantro.
- Quinoa Chop Salad: Spring and kale mix tossed in a ginger citrus vinaigrette with grilled chicken, red quinoa, roasted corn, and Roma tomato, all topped with fresh avocado and pistachios.
With an understanding that salads just aren’t for everyone, Noodles & Company offers alternative light options, like plant-based pasta options, such as zoodles and cauliflower noodles all customizable with fresh add-ins, and more.
