Ruby Tuesday is now offering Libby’s BBQ as a new dine-in feature at participating locations across the country.

Initially developed as a delivery-only concept, the new Libby’s BBQ menu includes smoked beef brisket and pulled pork, available as an entree or a sandwich, and a new BBQ trio that boasts smoked brisket, pulled pork and smoked sausage all in one dish.
As a complement to the new lineup of BBQ entrees, fans can pair their meals with new sides including coleslaw, baked beans and house-made potato salad, or choose a classic side like fries or tots.
Starting at $9.99, the new Libby’s BBQ lineup includes:
- Sticky Ribs Appetizer: Five slow-cooked ribs smothered in hickory bourbon barbecue sauce and Texas spice.
- BBQ Trio: Includes smoked brisket, pulled pork, and smoked sausage. Choose your sauce and 2 sides (classic BBQ, Alabama White Sauce, Carolina BBQ).
- Smoked Brisket Plate: Smoked brisket served with your choice of 2 sides and sauce (classic BBQ, Alabama White Sauce, Carolina BBQ).
- Pulled Pork Plate: Tender pulled pork, served with your choice of 2 sides and sauce (classic BBQ, Alabama White Sauce, Carolina BBQ).
- Pulled Pork Sandwich: Tender pulled pork on a brioche bun. Served with choice of fries or tots and sauce (classic BBQ, Alabama White Sauce, Carolina BBQ).
- Smoked Brisket Sandwich: A brioche bun piled high with smoked brisket. Comes with your choice of fries or tots and sauce (classic BBQ, Alabama White Sauce, Carolina BBQ).
Libby’s BBQ can be found at participating Ruby Tuesday locations nationwide for a limited time through September 2021.
