In celebration of National Root Beer Float Day, A&W will be giving away free small Root Beer Floats on August 6, 2021.

To take advantage of the offer, simply stop by any participating A&W location of Friday, August 6 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time and you’ll be offered a free small Root Beer Float on the house, no purchase necessary.
A&W’s Root Beer Float features the brand’s signature Root Beer made with real cane sugar and a blend of secret ingredients, topped with creamy vanilla soft serve and served in a frosty mug.
While no purchase is necessary, A&W is encouraging donations to DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
National Root Beer Float Day is celebrated annually on August 6.
