Domino’s is responding to the unexpected “surprise fees” customers are charged when ordering food through some third-party delivery apps by offering a surprise of their own: Surprise Frees.

Now through November 21, 2021 Domino’s is surprising randomly selected fans across the US with free menu items when they order delivery online directly through Domino’s.
Surprise Free menu items up for grabs include Hand Tossed Pizzas, Boneless Chicken, Handmade Pan Pizzas, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, Crunchy Thin Crust Pizzas and Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes.
As part of the promotion, Domino’s will be giving away more than 5 million Surprise Free items valued at up to $50 million.
Domino’s delivery customers who order online are eligible to receive a Surprise Free and will be notified through their order confirmation page and in their order confirmation email. Domino’s will also place a Surprise Frees sticker on the box of the free menu item.
