The annual Paqui One Chip Challenge is back for a fifth year, with an invitation to spice lovers everywhere to experience The Reaper “like never before.”

For 2021, the “hot as hell” tortilla chip is coated with two peppers, the Carolina Reaper and Scorpion Pepper.
“While this year’s challenge has the least number of peppers yet, fans should be warned not to underestimate The Scorpion’s instant sting and The Reaper’s gradual, spicy misfortune,” Paqui brand manager Caitlin Moralic said in a prepared statement.
The 2021 Paqui One Chip Challenge is available for $6.99 at participating retailers nationwide, including Walgreens, 7-Eleven and Kroger, and online at Paqui.com/onechipchallenge and Amazon.
