Rubio’s Coastal Grill offers a new low-carb rice substitute with the introduction of new cauliflower rice.

Rubio’s new Cauli Rice is made with rice-cut cauliflower seasoned with cilantro, lime juice, lemongrass and salt.
While prices may vary, Cauli Rice can be substituted for traditional rice in any bowl for an additional charge of $2.
Rubo’s touts their Cauli Rice as having just 6g of net carbs per serving.
Cauliflower rice is available now at participating Rubio’s Coastal Grill locations.
