Insomnia Cookies is celebrating the return of students to college campuses with the debut of three new limited-time-only breakfast-inspired cookies.

Developed in part to help motivate students during early morning classes, or late-night study sessions, new breakfast-inspired cookie flavors include:
- Everything Bagel: As the name suggests, everything you expect in a bagel – including poppyseeds and onion – in the form of a cookie – minus the schmear.
- Cinnamon Bun: Creamy cinnamon chips and cinnamon swirled with cream cheese drops.
- Cereal N Milk Cookie (PJ Party Special launching September 13, 2021): Straight from Insomnia’s experimental CookieLab, made with Fruity Pebbles cereal, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips in a brown butter cookie.
