Tonight on Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his crew are in Joshua, Texas to save the Fun Time Cafe.

The Fun Time Cafe features classic burgers, breakfast burritos and a variety of Tex-Mex dishes.
According to the episode synopsis, Robert arrives at the Fun Time Cafe to find a pair of restaurant owners serving subpar food in a toxic environment. Additionally, owners Carmen and Wayne’s relationship is in dire straits, leaving Robert with has his hands full cleaning up a Tex-Mex mess while helping them turn things around.
The makeover happened back in Early June 2021.
