Mac & Cheese is back at Fazoli’s in three limited-time flavors, including new Angus Beef Mac & Cheese, alongside a pair of returning fan-favorites: Lobster Mac & Cheese and Panko-Crusted Mac & Cheese.

Angus Beef Mac & Cheese features slow-cooked Angus Beef shoulder that’s shredded and bake on top of cavatappi pasta (Italian word for “corkscrew”) topped with a rich and creamy cheddar parmesan sauce. The dish is topped with even more mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then baked in a 490-degree oven and dusted with parmesan cheese and Italian herbs.
Lobster Mac & Cheese takes cavatappi pasta and tops it with a creamy cheddar lobster sauce, large chunks of langostino (spiny lobsters), and bakes it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Panko-Crusted Mac & Cheese consists of Cavatappi pasta topped with a creamy cheese sauce made with Parmesan and cheddar cheeses. It’s then baked with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and topped with the namesake of this entrée, toasted panko breadcrumbs. Panko breadcrumbs are flaky and crispy breadcrumbs that are tossed with garlic butter and parmesan cheese to make them even more flavorful.
