Shake Shack introduces the new Black Truffle Burger and new Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce as part of the brand’s new Black Truffle Menu.
Shake Shack’s black truffle menu features real black truffle sauce, made with Regalis Foods’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, which is made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil.
The Black Truffle Burger features a gruyere cheeseburger topped with real black truffle sauce and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun .
Meanwhile, Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce consists of crispy crinkle cuts topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with our real black truffle sauce.
Both the Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce will be available in Shacks nationwide starting October 15, but Shack fans can use the Shack App to snag exclusive early access starting October 12, 2021.
Founded by Ian Purkayastha and based in NYC, Regalis is a specialty food purveyor known for providing luxury, tough-to-find products including fresh truffles, rare foraged edibles, Japanese wagyu beef, caviar, uni and more.
Previous to this week’s nationwide launch, Shake Shack initially tested limited-edition Black Truffle Burgers at select locations in New York and Los Angles back in December 2020.
