Bob Evans celebrates fresh ingredients with the introduction of new Southwest Avocado Meals crafted with fresh, hand-picked avocados.

Southwest Avocado Meals are available in two options:
- Southwest Avocado Omelet: A three-egg omelet filled with farm-famous sausage, fire-roasted corn and black beans and real cheddar cheese. The dish is topped with fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, green onions and homemade cilantro lime cream sauce, all served with hash browns or home fries and your choice of freshly baked bread.
- Southwest Avocado Chicken Dinner: Two chicken breasts hot off the grill topped with fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, crispy tortilla strips, fire-roasted corn and black beans and homemade cilantro lime cream sauce. The dish comes with your choice of two Farmhouse Sides and freshly baked dinner rolls.
Participating locations are also offering a Southwest Avocado Chicken Family Meal, where you get six freshly grilled chicken breasts with fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, crispy tortilla strips, fire-roasted corn & black beans and cilantro lime cream sauce, plus two family-sized sides and dinner rolls.
Southwest Avocado Meals can be found at participating Bob Evans locations for a limited time.
