Starting November 1, 2021, Baja Fresh will be offering two new limited-time menu items featuring carnitas: Fiery West Style Carnitas Burrito and Achiote Carnitas Bowl.

Here’s a closer look at the new entrees:
The Fiery West Style Carnitas Burrito features melted jack cheese, pinto beans, pork carnitas, spicy salsa chile de arbol, diced cilantro, and avocado slices all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
The Achiote Carnitas Bowl consists of rice topped with black beans or pinto beans, achiote grilled carnitas, onions and poblano peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo salsa, sour cream, pickled red onions and cotija cheese.
Both new items can be enjoyed on their own for a suggested price of $9.99 each, or as part of a meal by adding a regular-sized drink and pronto queso or pronto guacamole for an additional upcharge.
The new carnitas burrito and bowl will be available at participating Baja Fresh nationwide for a limited time starting November 1 through January 30, 2022.
