Wienerschnitzel and sister brand Hamburger Stand expand their BBQ Brisket menu with the introduction of the new BBQ Brisket Sandwich and BBQ Brisket Dog.

The BBQ Brisket Sandwich features smoky shredded brisket topped with savory BBQ sauce, sliced pickles and grilled onions on a toasted bun.
Meanwhile, the BBQ Brisket Dog features a grilled all-beef dog in a fresh, steamed bun topped with smoky shredded brisket, savory BBQ sauce, cheese sauce and grilled onions.
Both the BBQ Brisket Sandwich and BBQ Brisket Dog join existing BBQ Brisket Fries at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
BBQ Brisket Fries first appeared on menus back in September.
