To score free fries, simply head to either of the brand’s JFK Shacks in Terminal 4 and show proof of your delayed or canceled flight on your mobile device.

If your flight is canceled or delayed at another US airport from December 22-24, 2021, you can still score free fries simply by taking a selfie in front of your departure gate board proving your flight is canceled or delayed and tag @shakeshack on Instagram. Travelers who win a digital voucher will be notified via direct message.
