Starbucks is s kicking off the new year with the launch of its mich anticipated winter menu featuring the returning Pistachio Latte, the return of Meatless Mondays and much more.

Starting today, fans can once again enjoy the fan-favorite Pistachio Latte alongside a variety of beverages and food items that will help fans kick off the new year in style.
Available hot and iced, the Pistachio Latte features flavors of pistachio paired with Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk finished with a brown buttery topping.
Like all beverages at Starbucks, the Pistachio Latte can be customized based on personal preferences:
- Try it with one of many milk options including: nonfat milk, oatmilk, coconutmilk, almondmilk and soymilk. (Note: the pistachio sauce in the latte contains dairy)
- Add an extra shot of signature espresso
- Ask for fewer pumps of sauce
- Add the pistachio sauce to Cold Brew, Americano or Nitro for something entirely new.
Meatless Mondays Is Back
Starbucks is also bringing back Meatless Mondays for the month of January. Every Monday in January fans can enjoy $2 off the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich at participating stores in the US, while supplies last. The offer is available on the Starbucks app, in-store and now for the first time through Starbucks Delivers on the Uber Eats app.
The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich features an Impossible plant-based sausage patty combined with a cage-free fried egg and aged cheddar cheese on an artisanal sesame ciabatta bun.
Also this winter, the brand continuing to focus on a few cold coffee beverages that are available year-round as part of our permanent menu, including: the Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso and creamy Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso which were introduced as part of the new Iced Shaken Espresso platform last spring.
Fans looking for a boost can also enjoy the Nitro Cold Brew and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, along with other cold brew beverages on the permanent menu.
Additionally, this winter, Starbucks is re-introducing Starbucks Tribute Blend in cafes across the US. First introduced in 2011, the blend is back from the Starbucks coffee vault with a new recipe. This whole bean 100% Arabica coffee blend features notes of black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves spices with coffee beans from Latin America (Colombia), Africa (Ethiopia) and Asia Pacific (Sumatra & Papua New Guinea).
To enjoy your favorite Starbucks flavors from the comfort of home this winter, find new Starbucks Zero Creamers with zero grams of added sugar per serving, available where groceries are sold. They come in two flavors – Caramel and Hazelnut – and are inspired by Starbucks signature handcrafted beverages, Caramel Macchiato and Hazelnut Latte.
