
On tonight’s episode of Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his makeover team are in San Diego to save Jalisco Cafe.

According to the episode synopsis, when Robert arrives at the Jalisco Cafe, he finds “filthiest kitchens of his career.”
Owner Maria is described as having “no idea how to run a restaurant and faces endless obstacles, including bad food, complacent staff and decades of grease build-up.”
The makeover happened back in early September 2021.

- Owner Maria has a second location in Bonita, California.
